Mental Health Services

  • When planning your treatment plan with me as an integrative therapist, you will discover that there is a lot of flexibility. The emphasis will be on identifying the root causes of the psychological pain you are living with and working on releasing it by focusing on your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Either standard treatments will be modified or psychological theories will be merged to achieve this.

Deep introspection is a common element of therapy, and it can be painful at times. To heal deep emotional wounds and gradually reconstruct your self-esteem and identity, you must have courage and a significant amount of emotional strength, which you already possess.
