Therapy in Ottawa

Provided in-person and online for individuals 18+

“Therapy offers a non-judgmental space to learn to get real with oneself and others. Therapy allows you to say the things you never said out loud, including thoughts you have previously edited or minimized due to fear of judgment. By facilitating self-discovery, therapy acts as a catalyst for breaking free from the “shoulds” and societal pressures to live more honestly”.

Working Together

  • Talk Therapy

What a session with me looks like…

You will be encouraged to share your story, however you feel most comfortable doing so. No pressure. We will explore your past and present experiences, unconscious processes, to help shed light on how they influence your present emotional well-being and sense of self.

Introspection is a common element of therapy and it aims to foster self-awareness. Allowing you to move out of your comfort zones, tackle the fear of the unknown and build resilience.

The psychodynamic approach employed while working together, is a treatment that is highly effective and backed by evidence for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
