  • You will be encouraged to speak freely, exploring thoughts and feelings without a rigid agenda while I help identify deep-rooted themes and emotional patterns. Together, we will explore your past and present experiences, unconscious processes, to help shed light on how they influence your present emotional well-being and sense of self.

    Introspection is a common element of therapy and it aims to foster self-awareness. Allowing you to move out of your comfort zones, tackle the fear of the unknown and build resilience.

    Because no single approach works for everyone, I provide an integrative, client-centered approach. I blend the self-reflection of psychodynamic work with the goal-oriented techniques of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and stress-reducing techniques. A safe space is offered for those seeking to explore spirituality. This allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs, whether that’s exploring past experiences or learning immediate coping mechanisms.

  • One-on-one psychotherapy and counselling sessions. Offered in English and French.

    A 60-minute session is priced at $160 (GST/HST Exempted).

    Most health insurance plans cover a portion of psychotherapy sessions. A receipt will be provided for reimbursement.

    Cash, eTransfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all acceptable forms of payment.
